Excellent stay and a wonderful experience! The owner, Hicham, and his colleagues at reception are readily available and respond to all your requests quickly. The breakfast waiter (the youngest) is always smiling and friendly, and he remembers your order down to the smallest detail so as not to disturb you. The residence is spotless. Comfort is also guaranteed with good bedding. The residence is not far from the Maarif district and is roughly halfway between most of the city's main attractions. Honestly, I wasn't disappointed and I would gladly return!

We rented a room for a 2-week stay at this establishment. The establishment was perfect and the service was impeccable. We would like to highlight the professionalism of the owner and the receptionist who was there at night. We highly recommend this establishment. A great 5-star hotel.

Excellent new apartments.

The room was filthy (sheets, bathroom, balcony). The staff was incompetent, the receptionist unprofessional, and the housekeeping was nonexistent (no cleaning for two days). At 2:00 AM, someone opened our room. The main door was locked, and no one was there to ask for help or an explanation. The next morning, the receptionist calmly replied, "I'll check, and the cameras aren't working!"

*Warning for potentially fake reviews below (all 5 stars)* This is not a luxury hotel, they do not do airport transfers, and there is no free wifi. There’s rarely someone at the front desk - they were not helpful. Noisy during the day but ok at night. Breakfast is included but next door - that’s the only positive, but you can find that elsewhere. The “free wifi” is only in the lobby which isn’t even a lobby it’s just a front desk. Very minimal amenities in hotel but would not stay longer than 1 day. We considered going to another real hotel as soon as we got there due to the excessive noise and difficult check in process. We chose this hotel because it said free airport transfers and we came to learn they don’t have that at all after waiting for 20 mins for someone to show up to check us in.
