My sick daughter was seen and treated in just 10 minutes at the emergency room. A thousand thanks to Dr. Hassnoun for his kindness and efficiency; he dispensed treatment in record time. My daughter had her prescription in hand before I'd even finished registering her at reception. A lesson in efficiency!

I went to the emergency room intending to see a cardiologist, but the reception was packed with girls in white lab coats, talking loudly and chewing gum. I asked the girl sitting there if I wanted to see a cardiologist, and she told me there was a general practitioner who could see me before referring me to a cardiologist. She sent me to the girl next to her, where I registered, paid, waited for half an hour, and then went in to see the doctor. I told him I wanted to see a cardiologist, and he gave me a referral form and told me to go to the lung hospital, where they are, but only tomorrow. I told him I was leaving the country tomorrow and was in a tight spot. He said, "Well, you're coming from abroad, it's better there." I went out and told the receptionist, "Tell me there's no one to take me from the beginning at this hospital." She said, "Even if there isn't, the girl in the emergency room has to refer me." She added, "I told you there's a general practitioner." Wow, she's so smart! And let me tell you about the toilets... They're all so cramped, and one inside you can't even find a place to put your feet because it's so crowded, excuse my language. Anyway, the bottom line is, I absolutely do not recommend it.

I am so happy and relieved after seeing the excellent care, Dr. Anas and Nurse Hassnae provided to my mother in the emergency department. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication gave me great peace of mind during a difficult time. Knowing that my mother was in such caring and capable hands made all the difference, and I am deeply grateful for the support and attention they showed her. Thank you again. Big recommendation.

Terrible service. The nurses are okay, but the doctors are a disaster. They tell you they're coming, but you go back to his office and he's just chatting with his friend. No respect.

The hospital is inadequate, especially the psychiatric ward.
