Very warm welcome

A very bad experience. The staff lacks professionalism and the follow-up is inadequate. Sessions are rushed without any real attention to the patient's needs. I am very disappointed with the quality of care and I do not recommend this practice. My review is genuine. I chose not to use my real name for personal reasons. The fact that you cannot identify me from the displayed name does not invalidate the reality of my experience. I nevertheless stand by my opinion regarding the lack of follow-up and the poor quality of care I received.

I highly recommend the El Karkouri clinic. After completing my first two months of rehabilitation in France following rotator cuff surgery, I had to continue my sessions during my vacation in Morocco. I was fortunate to find this clinic and I'm delighted. Mariame is a highly competent professional, attentive and responsive to her patients. She takes the time to explain the exercises and adapts the rehabilitation program to each individual's needs. Thanks to her guidance, I was able to continue my rehabilitation with complete confidence.
