Honestly, I don't understand why we are still torturing the patient until now. He has to come early, before the people who work there arrive. He writes his name and then sits and waits until the workers come, and then he writes his name again and has to stay locked up there even though his turn is far away before he can get through.

The worst treatment; the way patients are registered shows absolutely no respect for the patient and their pain that made them come to see the doctor.

The doctor performed a systoscopy on my mother in the morning for 1500 dirhams. That afternoon, he left for Umrah for several days without giving her the report, even though her case was urgent and required a biopsy. It's appalling.
