Dr. Hatim Lazaar is a doctor who is as competent as he is compassionate. He takes the time to explain things, reassure patients, and build trust with them and their families. My 72-year-old father had a particularly complex procedure due to a highly inflamed gallbladder that was adhered to his liver. Despite this difficulty, Dr. Lazaar successfully performed the laparoscopic surgery. Alhamdulillah. I would also like to thank the entire team at the Hatim Polyclinic. My father was cared for with great attention, patience, and kindness; everyone gave him the time and care he needed. We felt he was in good hands at every stage of his hospitalization. During my follow-up appointment and dressing change, I was greeted with genuine smiles, hugs, and great attention, as if I were a member of the family!
