I have just called few min ago on the phone the place of Dr Oudghiri, and the person who picked up the call was extremely unprofessional and showed a bad image of the place, first she didn’t greet with the name of the cabinet, she answered with ( Allo?) she was literally talking in a shouting tone, i had to repeat some stuff i said many times bcs she is not listening carefully I asked when I can come since I am from another city, so she can book an appointment for me, what if another person will come at the same time as me, or a bit before me? I would be waiting for a long time in a foreign city, my time is very precious and I don’t wanna waste it, and I asked her about the prices of laser since I wanna remove hair from my moustache area, underarms and private parts, we are in 2024 and she said we can’t know until we see you!!! Like she can’t give any approximate price, I should take my car drive from khouribga to Bnimellal to know the price ????? What if I can’t start on the same day, so I should drive back and waste all this time!!! What the phone call for then???? Just to hear you saying that? She didn’t give any logic explanation, and I asked what the precautions I should take if I am coming, she said nothing, just wear sunscreen and better to come at the morning!!! Extremely poor customer service which reflects the imagine of the whole process, of course I am not coming to this place, since I didn’t feel welcomed, well informed and comfortable so I had a bad first impression which can be taked as a first bad sign.
