It's rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism and humanity in this way. I confidently recommend her and wish her all the best.

I cannot recommend this dermatologist in good conscience. I live far away and was given a 9am appointment, which meant leaving home at 6am. I then had to wait until 11am to be seen — a 2-hour delay with no proper communication. The consultation itself was fine; the doctor was informative and gave me her time. After my second appointment, I was prescribed a large amount of expensive medication that ultimately did not work. When I later called to reschedule and asked for information about my prescriptions, I was told the doctor was not available. One minute later, a friend called the same clinic to book a new patient appointment and was told the doctor was available. The doctor instructed her assistant to lie to an existing patient while remaining available for new intakes. This is a clear sign that the quality care you receive at the first appointment is used to bring you in, but follow-up support is non-existent. Very disappointing and dishonest.
