Excellent clinic! I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the entire team at Clinique Moulouya for their professionalism and care. A special thank you to the administration for their outstanding organization, responsiveness, and kindness throughout my experience. You truly made a difference. Highly recommended!
On the morning of Eid, around 7:00 AM, my mother was hospitalized on the first floor of the Moulouya Clinic. The nurse on duty, a dark-skinned woman, had spent the entire night on the phone without checking on the patient even once. When the IV drip came loose from my mother's hand, I looked for someone to help, but unfortunately, there was no one around. After a long wait, this nurse finally returned to insert another one. She tried to find a vein several times, struggling so much that my mother's hand turned completely blue. She tried about three more times, but to no avail. It was a completely disastrous experience, both in terms of the care provided and the staff's behavior. I absolutely refuse to go back to that clinic, no matter what it costs me. 😡
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the doctors and the entire healthcare team at the clinic. My mother fell ill during her stay in Morocco, and from the moment she arrived, she was cared for with great professionalism, attentiveness, and compassion. From the first day until her departure, the doctors and staff provided her with exemplary care, demonstrating competence, availability, and kindness. The warm welcome she received, your constant support, your kindness, and your dedication were an immense comfort to her and to our family. Thank you so much for your support, your compassion, and the quality of care provided. We are deeply grateful. From Paris
I would like to explain what happened during my son's circumcision. We arrived at 9:30 a.m. and waited to be seen, which is normal. But at one point, the cleaning lady—still equipped with her squeegee and mop—came to get my son and take him to the operating room. No nurse was present, so the cleaning lady was apparently doing both the cleaning and patient care. I refused to let her take my son, because for me, this is completely unacceptable: every professional should stay within their role, especially when it comes to taking a child to the operating room. The security guard even intervened to try to convince me to let my son go with her. I refused again, and the cleaning lady replied, "Here, I do everything." Finally, a young male nurse came to take my son as he should have. Two days later, I returned for a follow-up appointment to check the healing—which, in my opinion, is standard procedure. I paid for the consultation, and the surgeon asked me, “Why are you here?” I explained that it was for the check-up. He responded curtly and rudely, as if the check-up were unnecessary and he was wasting his time. His attitude was disrespectful: no greeting, no goodbye, no explanation, no advice. In the end, this clinic feels like a slaughterhouse: no organization, no professionalism, and a doctor who rushes patients through instead of doing his job properly.
Best hospital ever, helped me so much, finally someone diagnosed me right, thank you so much!!
