Awful Experience – Would Not Recommend Our family visited this spa during our trip to Morocco, and it was such a frustrating experience. We arrived at 6 PM and spoke to the receptionist, who didn’t speak much English, so we had to rely on Google Translate to communicate. We asked if there were any spaces for the hammam, and he told us there weren’t but advised us to come back at 7:30 PM for the hammam. Since we’re visiting from England, we trusted what he said and waited an hour and a half until 7:30 PM. However, when we returned, he denied ever telling us to come back, claiming we hadn’t booked anything. He completely gaslit us and took no responsibility for the confusion. The whole experience was incredibly disappointing. The lack of professionalism and accountability ruined what should have been a relaxing visit. As tourists, we made an effort to follow his instructions, only to be treated poorly in return. If you’re visiting Morocco, I would highly recommend AVOIDING this spa. The service was unreliable, and the entire situation was handled terribly.

Been to Morocco a couple of times, and this was the best hammam / massage package I’ve ever had (went for the 60min + 60min). Amazing technique with both, and also the scrubs / oils used were incredible, skin has never felt better. Special shout out to Selma who is an absolute massage pro. Will be back 100%
