For the price one of the beast place i go i dont now if this city very cheap or just the coffe shop is good for the price the only problem the customer service is not professional

Dear Sir/Madam, I wish to bring to your attention an incident that occurred during my visit to your establishment. I was disappointed by the attitude and behavior of a member of your service staff, which I found inappropriate and disrespectful. This situation negatively impacted my experience at your establishment. I would be grateful if you would investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of your reception and service.

The service was poor, especially from a young waiter who wore glasses. He didn't know how to handle customers.

Unacceptable Experience The level of service at this café falls below basic professional standards. Customer service protocols require staff to be welcoming, attentive, and courteous none of which was present. The staff’s attitude was cold and unprofessional. More concerning is the lack of hygiene standards. Staff were observed touching their hair and face during service, which is unacceptable in any food and beverage environment. Management should take immediate action to retrain staff and enforce proper service and hygiene standards.

Upscale location. Note: Wi-Fi signal is weak.

My favorite in Beni Mellal

It was for breakfast, and there was a huge delay, almost a 30-minute wait, and the food was really mediocre. In short, I absolutely do not recommend it.
