The inventory of fixtures must be attached to the lease agreement and must describe the property precisely to allow the landlord and tenant to assess its condition once the lease has expired. The decree governing the inventory of fixtures procedure specifies that "to facilitate comparison, it is preferable, where possible, to use a single document for both inventories of fixtures. Otherwise, the inventories of fixtures must be drawn up as separate documents with a similar format."
