Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic was extremely bad and reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for appointments. I took my wife to the clinic, and when we arrived in the morning, the assistant told us that the clinic was full and couldn't see us. However, as soon as she asked if we wanted an examination and I answered yes, we were seen immediately without any regard for what was said previously, which is quite surprising. After that, the doctor gave us a specific appointment for a follow-up appointment. We adhered to the appointment and arrived on the scheduled date, but we were surprised to receive the same response: the clinic was full and there was no room. I had to take two consecutive days off work for this appointment, and each time we were turned away in the same way, with no respect for our time or circumstances. The unfortunate conclusion is that if you come for a paid examination, you are easily seen, but for a follow-up appointment (which is free of charge), the appointment is not respected, and you are not given any priority. This approach is completely unprofessional, undermines the clinic's credibility, and makes the experience extremely frustrating.

Unfortunately, the assistant is negligent and when we call the line is busy, the doctor's assistant stirs up anger and resentment and aggravates your illness with her annoying manners.

Competent, attentive, kind, helpful, prescribes just what's needed. A general practitioner dedicated to serving the community. Well done, Madam!
