He's dry and unresponsive, doesn't explain things well, and doesn't talk much. If you don't ask him about your problem, he won't explain it, and even if he does, his explanation won't convince you. I don't recommend him for anyone who wants to get glasses or have their eyes checked, or anything related to eye health. However, for an eye exam for a driver's license, just go to him; it's normal.
