I took my mother to him and told her she has diabetes and high blood pressure, yet he prescribed medication that drastically lowers her blood sugar and another that raises her blood pressure and causes her to swell up. When she went back to him to change her medication, he refused to let her in to explain what was happening. He only communicates through the woman with him, who relays your message, and he responds to her as if you were simply pleading. In short, the treatment was abysmal. A doctor's treatment should come before treatment.

The doctor orders an X-ray at his clinic, then directs you to another one at the hospital to inflate the bill, as if people are a money-making machine. Why not just order one X-ray or guide patients properly from the start? Furthermore, as a patient, you're also obligated to wait a long time to get your prescription from the receptionist.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Rachid El Zanati, who operated on my mother for her knee osteoarthritis at the Sidi Slimane clinic. Ten days post-op, everything is going very well, and seeing her already relieved is a true joy for us. My mother had hesitated for a long time before having this operation, but meeting this doctor changed everything. He knew how to reassure her and give her confidence. Beyond the operation, which went perfectly, he is above all a doctor of great compassion. He supported us every step of the way, and we felt confident from beginning to end. It might be good in terms of surgery, but as for medical treatments, I don't recommend it; it's a failed experiment!!!!
