Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic was very bad. I arrived at 9:00 AM and waited until 2:00 PM, even though I was the first person there. In the end, someone who knew a nurse and arrived much later was seen before me, which shows poor organization and a lack of respect for patients' time. Furthermore, one of the nurses, named Hayat, was rude and unprofessional. I didn't receive the respect and professionalism that should be expected in a healthcare facility. I hope the clinic's management will review their appointment scheduling and improve the quality of patient care, because respecting people and their time is essential.
