I decided to try this salon as a Ukrainian-Moroccan, hoping for a professional and welcoming experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a salon. The nail technician not only criticized my nails but also mocked me, saying things like, ‘Imagine how her toes are if her nails are like this.’ She spoke in Russian, assuming I wouldn’t understand, but I did and it was incredibly rude and humiliating. I couldn’t help but wonder how they might be speaking about Moroccan customers or others behind their backs. Instead of feeling relaxed, I was shocked, shaking in place, and left feeling disrespected and deeply uncomfortable. Respect and professionalism should be the bare minimum in any salon, and sadly, I cannot recommend this place at all.

Horrible experience. The owner was aggressive, rude, and made me feel attacked the entire time. They completely ruined my hair and charged me more than what was agreed, with zero explanation or apology. This is a Russian-owned salon operating in Morocco, and as guests in our country, the arrogance and superiority they display is unacceptable. No respect, no professionalism, just careless and entitled behavior. Stay far, far away.
