Very rude receptionist ! I had her on on the phone and the first thing she said was that the SPA is exclusively for men. Of course it's not true as nothing on their website mentions that. she had no further explanation and just said goodbye quickly. Me, confused by her weird statement decided to call back in case the person on the phone didn't have any expertise in customer service, hoping they'll have a different person to answer my question. The impolite receptionist hangs up the phone whilst i was asking my question. which was simply " Where on your website does it say that it's only for men ? and why would you refuse service for a client on the phone ?" She has one job, provide basic information! I'm completely shocked and wondering what kind of people run these businesses and let incompetent employees represent them.

The best hammam and massage best you will find in Casablanca. Strictly hammam and massage not anything else. Very good price and very relaxing. You won't regret it should definitely visit.
