I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Rabat, and the experience was elevated even further by the exceptional service in the lounge—especially from Ismail.

Ismail consistently went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and well taken care of. He was attentive without being intrusive, professional yet genuinely warm, and clearly took pride in his work. Whether it was remembering preferences, anticipating needs, or simply maintaining a calm and pleasant atmosphere, his level of service stood out every single day.

Employees like Ismail are what turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one. He is a true asset to the Marriott brand, and I hope his efforts are recognized by management. I would happily return to this hotel, and Ismail’s service is a big reason why.

Breakfast was another highlight. The team’s attention to personal preferences was outstanding. The chef kindly prepared hummus without oil especially for me, and even the Moroccan tea was served without sugar, exactly as requested. These small but meaningful details show a high level of service and guest care.

A wonderful experience overall — refined, attentive, and truly five-star. I would happily return and highly recommend Marriott Rabat.

I was already a fan of the Marriott brand before this trip, but after my experience staying at this specific Marriott, I’m an even bigger fan!

The hospitality at this hotel is exceptional to say the least. From the beginning, we were greeted by a warm, kind, and helpful manager, who made it his personal mission that we have a great time.

We enjoyed the beautiful pool and outdoor area, the Marriott lounge (with all of its delicious treats and very kind employees), and our room, which was modern, clean, and comfortable.

All of the staff were definitely exceptional. For instance, we had an incredibly kind young lady from the cleaning staff who made very thoughtful touches to our room and made everything feel cozy.

We also really enjoyed the hotel’s location. It’s directly next to a very nice and modern mall, which even has a Marjane (my favorite grocery store in Morocco) downstairs.

10/10, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel! Next time I come to Rabat, I am definitely staying here.

My room was spacious, immaculate, and equipped with all the modern amenities one would expect from a five-star property. Dining at the hotel was a remarkable experience. The variety of restaurants and the quality of the cuisine were outstanding, offering both international dishes and refined Moroccan specialties prepared with great attention to detail. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was rich and diverse, served in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
