Excellent Value and Great Service A Wonderful Stay
As a solo traveler, finding a place that is both affordable and welcoming is key, and Premiere Classe Casablanca City Center exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is a true gem. The staff are the heart of this place; they are not only professional but also genuinely kind and caring, which made my stay feel very secure and comfortable.
The room was smartly designed, perfectly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable after a long day of exploring. I was also very pleased with the cleanliness of the bathroom and the reliable Wi-Fi.
A huge thank you to the entire team for making my trip to Casablanca so memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value and outstanding hospitality.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks , i had a great stay and everything was perfect . all the receptionists were polite specially zakaria and taha .

Good budget hotel in a nice location. Has air conditioning and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.

My only issue was the WiFi wasn't great, drainage at the shower seems blocked and walls were a little dirty.

Terrible experience. I had a confirmed and prepaid reservation, but the hotel refused to check me in and told me they were fully booked. They turned me away at midnight even though I showed them proof of my booking. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid this place.*

They are total fraud. My room was booked from booking.com they offered free shuttle from airport… we called at the hotel reception when we arrived at airport … we asked them about the free shuttle and they said it will be there within 2 minutes but after arriving to the hotel they denied the offer and took money from us.
