The place offers the comfort of European standards; the receptionist is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. However, while having the panoramic x-ray I was not given the protective apron, even after I requested it, I was told that it was not available. My doctor was late and she did not apologise for being late although I had an appointment. As she arrived she started talking on the phone with another patient, leaving me to wait even longer. The doctor was deprived of empathy and the way she spoke to me made me feel not seen, not heard. She spoke to her assistant in the local language which made me feel uncomfortable.
