Stayed at this hotel.. hotel bathroom was dirty and not clean. Scums are everywhere and unsightly.
The staff were unhelpful. I tried to borrow a hair dryer. Staff said they have 2, and were all loaned out. I wanted to borrow a hot water kettle. The staff gave me the same answer.

Very close to the train station and many other businesses. Breakfast was good too.

The light in the hallways only gets so far so some corner rooms are completely dark… you can’t even see the door. I used the flashlight on my phone to guide me.

Nothing wrong to say about that great hotel! Beside the knifes, they could be sharper, but that’s the only necessary improvement in my eyes. The staff is amazing and the pancakes are fabulous. We even got our laundry done. Highly recommended!

Service with a smile. Great place to stay for business and or budget family vacation. English/French spoken. Parking available. Did I say service? Oh yeah. Excellent. Tooo bad they don’t allow dogs. If you are a wheelchair user, this place could be a bit difficult.

The hotel is in a good location, close to tourist attractions, there are parking spaces, a good cafeteria with delicious cuisine, the room was good with a view of the park.
But most importantly, all the staff, from the receptionist to the waiters, they are all incredibly kind, very helpful and extremely friendly, always assisting us with a big smile.
