We had an appointment set for Sunday for them to come steam clean a mattress for the price of 1900 dirhams! Sunday, no one showed up, so I had to call them, and they told me they had "an unforeseen event and couldn't come today." So we set an appointment for next Saturday. No one showed up! I called and got no answer, then a colleague called me and told me they couldn't come today because they were too busy and hadn't been notified by the boss in advance, so he'd come tomorrow. Tomorrow, I called this person, and he told me it was his day off (Sunday) and that his boss was supposed to come in his place; I called their boss several times, but he didn't answer. I had another company clean the mattress: Tapis Plus
They are professional and arrived at the agreed time and did a good job for only 700 dirhams! (instead of the 1900 dirhams requested by Luxe Wash)
