Regular guests, extremely disappointed. We booked 30-minute massages but were charged almost double for a longer treatment we never requested or approved. This feels misleading and unacceptable for a Marriott spa. Very disappointed.

I had a truly lovely experience at this spa. The atmosphere was relaxing, the services were excellent, and every detail felt thoughtfully handled. A special mention goes to the manager, Ikram, who was exceptionally attentive throughout my visit. Her warm hospitality and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable. Ikram made me feel welcomed and cared for, and it’s clear she takes great pride in ensuring every aspect of the visit is perfect. She is truly an asset and her presence elevates the entire experience. Highly recommend!

The best hamam experience with scrub, massage and various add ons, and I’m always coming back to Saida when I’m in Rabat! If you want to be treated like a princess, this is where to go. Saida is very attentive and providing a personal welcome - with an excellent service.
