Really bad service, I’ve been there and had bad experience and decided to give it a second chance and still I was disappointed.
I went to watch soccer, staff was fighting behind us which is unprofessional and was disturbing while we were watching soccer.
Never again, not talking about the jumped prices during afcon ;)

The hotel is nice, the valley is amazing, and most of the staff are great. At reception, only one guy was excellent, but the other two were the worst I’ve ever seen.

I stayed 4 days, and when I came back, they gave me a room with no AC and treated me with a very bad attitude. Instead of helping, they were busy making bookings for other people. The lady at the reception, honestly, I don’t know from where they brought her. I’ve traveled all over the world and never seen this kind of unprofessional way of talking on the phone – exactly like saying “reception not available اش حب الخاطر”.

If this is how a 5-star hotel works with the amount of money we pay, unfortunately it doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Please give proper training to your staff, because this is really a shame for such a place.
