Jerrada Clinic Oasis Reviews

My husband was admitted to the clinic after suffering a stroke while on a short professional visit to Casablanca. The clinic is equipped with the most advanced machines, the doctors are excellent in diagnostics and approachable for patients, the nurses discreet and forthcoming. All the staff is very professional and empathetic. Our stay was prolonged to 10 days and the clinic director was very understanding and supportive throughout the process. I am very grateful for all the help my family received at Jerrada Clinic Oasis.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC!! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!

My father went into this clinic trusting them with his life, and they killed him with their negligence. We gave them his full medical history when he was admitted. it clearly said he was on blood-thinning medication. They didn’t even bother to look at it. During the operation, they didn’t give him anything to control the bleeding, and he died from internal hemorrhage.
We couldn’t do anything. We had to pay and walk away knowing full well that if we took them to court, it would lead nowhere. Everyone knows how protected they are.. they belong to the Akdital group, and we all know who stands behind that group…
Al A3mar biadillah, but it could have been prevented if the doctor had just cared enough to read his file. May Allah have mercy on Baba.

Very bad service (unprofessional)
I don't really recommend it, We had to stay for one night and it was awful.
And they are very slow and also their elevator was too slow and always busy.My mom is not able to walk and she had to take stairs although.

Nurse chef ghizlane 4 eme etage SwantonThe staff and doctor were very helpful and friendly.Essaid Ghizlane was excellent!! My mother received excellent care at this hospital. We highly recommend it to any patients especially Americans traveling. They helped us so much!!

Bismilah rahman rahim , first of all, I wanna thank the staff of Jerrada clinic for their help and made things going smoothly, before getting into the clinic, I decided to take a look about google reviews, and then I was shocked when I read about it , but after my personal experience, I understood where was the problem, the problem is not from the clinic but mainly from The doctors who made the surgery , just to mention that the clinic has nothing to do with the doctor who rent the blocks because they are just renting the stay and the block for the patients , so don't mix the doctors who rent the surgery blocks in the clinic and the doctors who belongs to the clinic .... but I have some few things to mention, waiting area is narrow and crowded, receptionist needs to be more professional , let's talk about visitors, I saw a room crowded with visitors , it's okay to visit a member of family in a hospital but not 10 people at once, needs towels and paper napkins in the rest room, and need a shower room to the patients, needs rest rooms to the visitors, because it bothers ne when one of the visitors use the bathroom. Hope the management will consider my review. Thank you guys.
