Very poor service and lack of respect for customers.

Poor customer service, not wearing gloves, and a lack of respect. They're only concerned with their phones and waiting for the operator to address the situation. They don't care about the customers; they lack experience and have a degrading attitude. They treat the customer like an enemy. I don't understand where these employees get such filth.

Very bad experience at T&A DELICE in Temara. On August 21, 2026, I bought a pistachio croissant and some Swiss bread at this establishment around 12:35 PM to eat at work. After eating about 80% of the croissant, I suddenly tasted a very strange and particularly acrid flavor. I immediately spat out what was in my mouth. Upon examining the remaining part of the croissant, I discovered a rounded body inside, emitting a strong odor that I identified as resembling that of a cockroach. A colleague also noticed this odor. I returned to the bakery around 1:45 PM to report the problem immediately. The two employees present smelled the odor that remained on my finger after handling the object found in the croissant and also recognized a cockroach-like smell. I asked to speak to the manager, but he wasn't there. The person who introduced himself as being in charge of preparing the pastries unfortunately reacted very rudely, mocking the situation and saying, among other things, "It's not my responsibility, don't ruin my mood," before leaving without offering any explanation or solution. I find this situation very serious when it involves a food product intended for consumption. I have therefore decided to report this matter to the ONSSA (National Office for Food Safety) so that a verification and health inspection can be carried out. I am sharing this experience so that consumers are informed and so that the establishment takes the necessary measures regarding hygiene and food safety.

A very bad experience. I will never return to this bakery. The saleswoman's behavior was inappropriate and unprofessional.

The welcome was poor and the service lacked professionalism. I think they should make an effort to improve their customer service and overall experience. The product quality is good, but the service is terrible.
