24 Aug 2026The staff is completely unprofessional, the plates are rusty (مصديين), the equipment is rubbish, and even the salon owner is unprofessional. Furthermore, the clients I saw at the salon were not at all satisfied and made it clear they would never return. Simply put, I absolutely do not recommend this salon. A very bad experience.

25 Jul 2026I'm currently getting a hair straightening treatment at Samya Bloom and, so far, everything is going very well. The welcome is warm, the team is very professional and attentive. You immediately feel at ease. I can't wait to see the final result, but I already recommend this salon for the quality of its service and its professionalism!

25 Jun 2026What a lack of professionalism! The staff is completely incompetent. I asked for a blow-dry and left with my hair all puffy; I would have been better off doing it myself. Most of the reviews are fake, so don't trust them! Neither the owner nor the employees are serious.
