A very good hair salon. Khaled and his stylists have real experience and a genuine commitment to providing quality service and customer satisfaction. I had a balayage done; I had the same type of service done in France, and it took me almost 10 hours at the salon. I had to come back another day to have the roots blended. This time it took 6 hours in total, and I left with transformed hair. They also give excellent advice. I will definitely be back. Thank you again! ☺️

Terrible. I asked for balayage and they only gave me highlights. At first I liked it, but the next day I still had highlights. I wanted balayage, and they gave me highlights. They struggle with difficult work. Plus, I spent a fortune on it, and they did this. I'm going back tomorrow to complain.

The team is incredibly professional, welcoming, and talented. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and has a great atmosphere. I'm so happy with the results

A very bad experience. First, the appointment started 25 minutes late, which is unprofessional and irresponsible. Then, the stylist I was supposed to see didn't finish the job and handed my hair over to a trainee. He gave me a blow-dry, but he didn't know how to use the brush properly and pulled my hair very hard, which hurt a lot. Finally, they deliberately curled my hair so the cut wouldn't be visible. When I got home, I realized the cut wasn't at all what I had asked for or wanted. If the result had met my expectations, I wouldn't have mentioned any of this. An exorbitant price for a disappointing result. After a long wait, I entrusted my hair to irresponsible and incompetent people.
