I asked for a trim for just the back of my hair and made it very clear that I didn’t want her to touch my fringe. (I told her three times) then she proceeds to bluntly cut my bangs making them so choppy and not fitting the rest of my hair. To which she said “they were dead ends” I don’t care if they are dead or not, I deliberately said not to cut my front pieces because I had been growing them out to keep them out of my face for sports yet she still did. However staff was very patient even when I didn’t like the results
