I usually have my exams done in Rabat or Casablanca, but this time they sent me for tests. In Nador, I was hoping for better service than elsewhere, but unfortunately, I was initially told they would call me back, and I waited without hearing anything. So I ended up calling myself. Another problem: it's the first time I've seen a disc without a protective plastic sleeve. I hope this experience will serve as a lesson and that you can do better. Thank you.
