15 Feb 2026As a citizen who was refused medication by the pharmacy in question, and in accordance with the aforementioned legal provisions, I consider this conduct a serious breach of legal and professional obligations, necessitating the intervention of the competent authorities and the taking of necessary legal measures against this pharmacy. According to the provisions of Law No. 17.04 relating to the Pharmacy and Medicines Code, the competent administrative authorities have the right to order the temporary or permanent closure of a pharmacy if it is proven to have breached its legal and professional obligations, particularly in cases of unjustified refusal to dispense medication.
