The lady who was working was very kind…and a small box of mixed sweets cost 100MDH

Every time we go to Marrakech we stop at Mme Alamy's, recommended by our driver, and frankly, it's one of the best when it comes to Moroccan pastries. Contrary to some negative comments I see, the prices are not shocking at all: 300 dirhams, which is less than €30 for two 1kg boxes. Frankly, back home in France, in an average pastry shop, you pay that price for sometimes next to nothing.

The selection of pastries is quite good. The prices are higher than other bakeries we've seen, but still reasonable. However, the price of other local products, like honey, is exorbitant.

I received 5-6 boxes as gifts, and they all seem to have delicious, different flavors.

These are without a doubt the best pastries I tasted during my trip. I stayed in Morocco for a month, which allowed me to try many specialties, but Mrs. Alami's are by far the best I've ever had. Mr. and Mrs. Alami are incredibly kind. A big thank you to Mr. Alami for his invaluable recommendations in Fez.

A must-try! The quality of the cakes hasn't changed in 20 years, always a true delight. We brought back a box we made ourselves in France and regretted not buying more... 😭 it's so excellent... Thank you 🙏🏻 …

Nice patisserie with local pastries and very delicious Pastilla. The staff member was very friendly and explained to me that the Pastilla must be hot! I heated it up in the oven, it was delicious ❤️
