Tbarakalah 3likom, the cake was beautiful, the finish was perfect, and the taste was amazing.

I placed my order a week in advance and paid in full upfront. On the day of pickup, they insisted I be there at 1:00 PM sharp, claiming the establishment closed at that time. So I arrived at 1:00 PM… and the cake wasn't ready. They asked me to wait another 30 minutes to an hour. I left, then came back later. Upon my return, I was very disappointed: the cake looked nothing like the design I had requested and approved when I placed the order. I then expressed my dissatisfaction very respectfully, simply explaining, point by point, what didn't match my request. Instead of listening, apologies, or even an attempt to find a solution, I was met with an unpleasant tone, extreme rudeness, and absolutely no sense of customer service. Among the explanations given: "Your design is too simple." Precisely: if the design was so simple, it's even harder to understand why it wasn't followed. Regarding the text on the cake, which was particularly poorly executed, I was also told that "it's normal, it's handmade." Yet, the photos used to market their cakes show inscriptions with clean, consistent, and neat fonts. It's therefore reasonable to expect a result of a similar standard to what is presented to customers. Mistakes happen. Delays happen too. But when a customer orders a week in advance, pays upfront, respects the agreed-upon time, and then returns despite the delay, the very least one can do is listen and respond respectfully when they point out a legitimate problem. Ultimately, the most disappointing aspect isn't just the cake, but above all, the way the complaint was received and handled. A very poor experience, both in terms of the final product and the customer service.

Total disappointment. The design was nothing like what I ordered. The taste left much to be desired. For a birthday cake, it was frustrating.

I ordered a cake yesterday for my 2-year-old son and, honestly, it was delicious. This is a sincere review: the design was fantastic, exactly like the photo they sent, and the taste was truly excellent, very fresh. God willing, I'll keep you in mind for all future family cakes.
