I am Asad from London. I was on my holidays in essaouira and got ill and went to see doctor and he asked me to do some tests and I went to Le grand laboratory where Dr Fadoua did all the tests and she was so kind and very professional and the lab was amazing, neat and very clean. All the staff was very professional and helpful. I will highly recommend this lab.Thank you so much Dr Fadoua for looking after me.

I had booked an appointment at this lab for a sperm analysis, carefully respecting the required three-day abstinence period. I arrived on Friday at 3 p.m., but they refused to accept the sample, claiming it had to be submitted in the morning. This requirement was never mentioned when I booked the appointment, nor was it included in any of the documents I received. As a result, I made a wasted trip, wasted time, and had to restart the entire preparation process (abstinence period) from the beginning. This demonstrates a real lack of professionalism and attention to detail on the part of the staff, who failed to provide such basic information when I booked the appointment. Following this disappointing experience, I have decided to use a different lab for my tests.

I would like to thank the entire laboratory team for their professionalism. The reception was excellent, the staff highly competent, and the results were provided promptly. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Fadwa El Farssani for her kindness, attentive listening, and the quality of her medical advice.
