My experience at this salon was very disappointing. I had booked an appointment in advance and clearly stated that I only had one hour. Despite this, I had to wait over 30 minutes before being seen. Furthermore, when I asked if the remaining time would be sufficient to complete the service properly, I was told that it was. Unfortunately, the nails were done hastily: some are longer than others, the finish is uneven, and they weren't even filed correctly. Finally, the welcome and attitude of some of the staff members were not up to the standard one would expect from a professional salon. I am very disappointed by this experience and I do not recommend this establishment.

I had my nails and hair done, including a blow-dry... what can I say?! Magnificent! Dounia is a fairy godmother, she's kind and passionate, and Saidia took care of my hair. Besides her kindness, she's a true professional; she knows exactly what I want without me even having to explain! The salon owner is also incredible and attentive! Absolutely lovely, I'll be back!
