The staff is welcoming, available, and exceptionally helpful, with genuine care for patients. The analyses are performed with thoroughness and precision, and the results are delivered promptly, which is greatly appreciated. The organization is efficient and inspires confidence. The biologist is also very approachable, attentive, and available to explain the results and answer questions clearly and kindly. I highly recommend this laboratory for the quality of its service, the competence of its team, and its excellent customer service.

I was told to call to make an appointment. After calling a hundred times, they finally answered and told me to call back in 30 minutes because the Bali staff didn't know anything about this. I called again and spent an hour trying to get through to someone, only to be met again by someone who wasn't trained and didn't know what kind of treatment they offered. It was unprofessional and a shame. It was also very noisy, and the operators were hard to hear.
