Institut de Beauté Perfect Beauty

Very disappointed with this beauty salon. I fault the reception, which completely lacked warmth, respect, and consideration for the client. At the very least, one expects to be greeted properly and to receive serious and professional service. I hope the owner will take this into consideration.

A very bad experience at this salon. The most shocking thing is the complete lack of hygiene: dirty equipment, not disinfected, and used from one client to another without any precautions. For a pedicure, this is simply unacceptable. Some clients go ahead of you just because the manager knows them, which is very disrespectful. Finally, the manager is particularly aggressive and unpleasant, with absolutely no sense of customer service. I do not recommend this salon at all.

Amazing!!!! They have taken good care of me.

Im COMMING back. Good nice girls and amazing masasje. See u soon.
