Without a doubt, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life. The level of cleanliness was absolutely disgusting. When we arrived, there was blood on the door handle and even on the shower tiles. To make matters even worse, there was human feces on the floor tiles next to the toilet. This is completely unacceptable. The breakfast was just as disappointing. The food was of very poor quality and barely edible. On top of that, the breakfast staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Every simple question seemed like too much to ask, and they acted as if helping guests was an inconvenience. This stay was a complete nightmare. A hotel should be clean, welcoming, and comfortable, but this place failed on every level. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
