Terrible service. I had to book a hammam with other services as extras. The woman on the phone confirmed it was possible and called me back to confirm, but once I arrived, she told me it wasn't possible because "makaynach tyaba" (a local expression meaning "there's no room"). What's more, she didn't even apologize. In short, I absolutely do not recommend this so-called "salon & spa," which is extremely unprofessional.

Very satisfied with my pedicure! Soumia is incredibly meticulous and her work is excellent! I was also very happy with the private hammam, which wasn't too hot, which was perfect for me.
