Unfortunately, the receptionist is very unpleasant and her behavior leaves much to be desired. The reception is unprofessional, both in person and on the phone, where it's difficult to get an answer. Sometimes you feel like you're bothering them. Because of this, I've decided to change doctors. It's a real shame.
