I understand that some situations may require special priority. However, I was surprised to see someone who arrived after me served before me, without any explanation or apology. A simple word or apology would have been appreciated. Respecting the order of service is essential for quality service and customer respect.

The staff are excellent and professional, but the owner sometimes reprimands them in front of customers, which is embarrassing for everyone. You even feel like you're being singled out for criticism. I hope the esteemed doctor will pay attention to this detail. Aside from that, it's a wonderful pharmacy, may God bless it.
