Café Al ikhlass

Extremely disappointing experience. The customer service was unacceptable. While we were still sitting and enjoying our drinks, the staff switched off the air conditioning despite the outside temperature being over 42°C. Leaving paying customers in such extreme heat is completely unprofessional and shows a serious lack of respect and consideration. This is not how customers should be treated. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the service and the way customers are treated.

My experience with you is that I do not recommend this cafe, especially during match times. The broadcast cuts out a lot, especially during the Morocco-Brazil match, even though the price per person is 20 dirhams.

It is true that the cafe did not live up to the required standard, especially with the start of the World Cup. The greed in collecting money and the way it does not befit customers, especially when compared to the type of service required, and the broadcast cuts out a lot.

One of the best cafes
