I had a great experience with this ENT doctor. She was very professional and kind. For the first time in my life, I found a specialist with a modern ear cleaning device — something I’ve never seen before, even though I’ve been visiting ENT doctors since childhood. She was also the first doctor to understand that ear drops actually block my ear more instead of helping, so she didn’t prescribe them unnecessarily. I truly appreciate her care and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

I visited this ENT treatment cabinet twice this week for ear irrigation to clean the earwax and for a follow-up. Everything went well, Alhamdulillah! I can assure you that the staff are exceptionally outstanding. The receptionist is polite and welcoming! This doctor validated the idea that doctors are only good at writing prescriptions and putting you on medicines. I am not sure if that was not her day however she needs to work on her communication skills and especially the tone. The tonality was very robotic and may be conceived as rude. She only wanted to end the consultation as quickly as possible. Also, A follow up visit was not mentioned to me neither by the doctor nor by the secretary which was very peculiar. This is the last time that I will visit such cabinet/office.
