I was frankly very disappointed with the service. I came to make an appointment for my mother, but the receptionist was on the phone with her headphones on, wasn't even paying attention to the other customers, and spoke in a haughty and disrespectful manner. You really feel like you're bothering them. A minimum of professionalism and respect would be appreciated.
