31 Jul 2026At the end of the visit, patients are asked to leave a 5-star review, which makes me feel that some reviews may not always reflect the true patient experience. Reviews should be based on the patient's own choice and be completely unbiased to remain credible. I wish there was more focus on improving the patient experience rather than relying on requesting positive reviews. (From the reception staff)
