My experience at this dental practice was extremely disappointing, both in terms of the reception and the care itself. From the moment I arrived in the waiting room, I was greeted with a cold attitude. A staff member ordered me to sit down in an authoritarian tone, without any politeness or consideration. This complete lack of respect for patients is unacceptable. As for the quality of the care, it also left much to be desired: the explanations were vague, the movements were rough, and no serious follow-up was offered. At no point did I feel confident. I strongly advise against this establishment for anyone seeking even a minimum of respect and professionalism.
