The store is spacious with a wide selection of items, but the atmosphere is completely lacking. Upon arrival, there was no warmth or welcoming atmosphere to encourage shopping. Improving this retail environment is crucial, as it feels like entering an outdated store. Adding a lively and inviting ambiance would be beneficial. Furthermore, the background music should be carefully chosen, perhaps favoring piano pieces rather than genres like chaabi or oriental music, which some customers may find disturbing. Thank you for considering these suggestions to enhance the customer experience.

A very bad experience with the Istikbal Ain Sebaa store, especially with their after-sales service.

I endured a month of stress and anxiety after unfortunately making a purchase from this store.

1. The coffee table delivered was the one that had been on display in the store, stained, with scratched legs, and wrapped in cellophane without a code or reference number.

2. The sideboard was in poor condition, and the mirror was damaged and scratched, contrary to the promises of the store manager, who even lied to us about the actual dimensions of the sideboard. Delivery of the sideboard only took place after a month's delay, numerous requests, and complaints. Furthermore, the delivery men refused to install the mirror, claiming it was forbidden, despite the store manager's assurances.

3. The living room set arrived in the wrong color and was only exchanged after 15 days, again only after numerous requests and complaints. The store manager shows no regard or respect for customer satisfaction. I will not make any future purchases from this store and I will never recommend it.

Furthermore, I don't understand why a refund is impossible (according to the store manager) despite the catastrophic condition of the delivered items.
