I would like to express my gratitude to the medical team that oversaw operation of my children, as they demonstrated exceptional competence and professionalism[DR OUALIM and DR OUADGHIRI]. However, I noticed that the paramedical staff and administrative team could benefit from improved organization and communication. There seemed to be a lack of coordination and accountability, with each department shifting blame to the other.
