The worst clinic I have seen in my life. I was treated more like a source of money than a patient who needed care. I won’t be going back to this clinic, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

I would like to express my gratitude to the medical team that oversaw operation of my children, as they demonstrated exceptional competence and professionalism[DR OUALIM and DR OUADGHIRI]. However, I noticed that the paramedical staff and administrative team could benefit from improved organization and communication. There seemed to be a lack of coordination and accountability, with each department shifting blame to the other. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that the food service did not adequately cater to the specific needs of each patient, such as providing inappropriate meals for patients with dietary restrictions or those preparing for surgery....

Really a clinic i would never ever go again. Over priced, they make you stay extra long and still no competent doctors who can tell you anything. You will never even see the doc who will operate on you. They tell you the name but no pre or follow up check inn. Please dont waste your time, energy or money into that clinic.

This clinic is absolutely terrible. It’s not clean at all. They demanded more money under the table on top of initial payment BEFORE even seeing my grandmother, all for their disgusting doctor who wanted more money because he studied out of country. They told my family my grandmothers surgery went well and she would be ok, but didn’t tell my family that she actually had a tube out inside her for some sort of drainage, which was not stated before or during the procedure! Do NOT go to this clinic, they are scammers and so are their doctors. My grandmother died scared and confused because they did not tell anyone what was going on. They are not claiming responsibility for their actions. This clinic KILLED my grandmother. Do not go if you are sick, if your family is sick, or if anyone needs surgery, you are safer staying home than being here.

The worst clinic ever, workers only try to get as much money as they could from your pockets, Doctor doesn't even read the patient's documents and papers, and even fought with the anesthesiologist during an argument about which type of anesthesia should be performed, The patients were horrified from this experience. No professionalism, care. Just mindless zombies doing whatever to keep you laying in their beds so that they get extra money from your pockets.
