The location is excellent. Clean and comfortable rooms however the toilet/bath need refurbished. The room floor we were in was dusty - I walked barefoot after taking of my shoes and my feet were already dirty.the soap pump is broken - it took about several pumps to get the soap out.
Breakfast was great. Only downside was when I was filling up my water bottle after breakfast time I was told no as breakfast is finished even though there was a sign complementary water. The lady said after breakfast 20DH for water. I wished we were informed about this beforehand.
Hence the 3 star.

Great experience at the city centre ibis in Casablanca, the location is brilliant. There are plenty of restaurants only a short walk away, with the Hassan II mosque a brisk 40 minute walk. The rooms are clean and serviced each day, with new towels, etc. The breakfast provided is brilliant! A varied and plentiful spread of food and drinks with three coffee machines too! Thanks so much for having us.

I’d give this place 3.5 stars. Overall it serves it purpose. Hotel was clean, check in was a little funky but worked out well. The downgrade for us was mattresses are a bit thin and too firm for me (more of a preference thing but also super important for a lot of people). The other downgrade was just inconsistency with the shower water temperature. First day it was between cold and a little less cold. Second day was hot or scalding. But overall, like I said it served its purpose. The location is great, things were quiet and clean.

Overall Experience:
Extremely disappointing stay. The hotel’s management and staff displayed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service.

Booking & Parking:
The reservation clearly mentioned free parking, yet upon arrival we were told it was not available. The staff’s response was to simply suggest cancelling our booking if we were unhappy. This is an unacceptable and unprofessional attitude toward paying guests. We had no choice but to find paid parking elsewhere.

Room:
The room was poorly maintained. There were no complimentary water bottles provided, and one of the bath towels was torn. The Wi-Fi speed was only 2 Mbps, which is insufficient for any meaningful use. Do not rely on the hotel Wi-Fi and make sure to arrange your own internet. These are basic amenities that any hotel should provide without question.

Food & Service:
Service was unreasonably slow and careless. We ordered a cheese platter that took over two hours to arrive, despite multiple reminders. It was clearly visible sitting in the kitchen, yet no staff member bothered to serve it. In the end, I had to walk into the kitchen and collect it myself.

Verdict:
This property fails to meet even the minimum standards of hospitality. Strongly not recommended.

Wonderful. We had a lovely stay. Room was very nice and very quiet. Fantastic shower. Breakfast was superb with plentiful selection. Across road from casa porto station or 10 minute taxi from casa voyagers station. Marina shopping complex 15 minute walk with plenty of shops and eating establishments o/looking ocean. Walk to mosque takes about 25 mins or a short taxi ride. Staff very welcoming in hotel. Would recommend this hotel.
